Over the past year we have welcomed many dealers and international distributors for (technical) training at our location. During such a training day, customers learn all the ins and outs about our wood chippers or our Japanese hand pruning tools. We believe it is important that everyone who represents our brands knows how to use and maintain these products safely and correctly. This way, every garden enthusiast can enjoy his or her tools for the longest time!
Our new building in Roosendaal offers all the comforts and space to receive large groups of people and share knowledge with each other. Last September, for example, our French distributor was here with 19 employees to get to know our products even better. Are there any special requests or specific machines that need to be highlighted for a customer? We then ensure that these products receive extra attention during the training.
What can you expect during such a training day? We start with a tour of our building, fresh coffee and an introduction to our colleagues. Then there is a theory part in our 'Academy', a room in which we give presentations or tinker with machines together. During the training there is always the opportunity to ask our product specialists questions. After a catered lunch it is time to go outside for the practical part. These can be demonstrations, but we would like to invite everyone to work with our machines for the complete experience.
